Kensington B&B, your ‘home away from home’, is close to the heart of Melbourne in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and easily accessed by car, train or from Melbourne airport.

Established in 2004 we are popular with locals for their family and friends, as well as travellers seeking an alternative to big city accommodation.

We offer a relaxed haven, where you can come and go at your leisure, in our renovated 1882 cottage. You have a choice of queen, king or single bedrooms with shared or private bathroom. A self-serve continental breakfast includes marmalades and jams made from fruit grown on our farm.

Within walking distance of Flemington Racecourse, the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds and Revolt Arts Centre we’re the perfect place to stay for visitors to functions at these venues.

Only two minutes to the Kensington station (two stops to the CDB) and 402 bus stop (to major hospitals, Melbourne University, the Museum and the eclectic shops and bars in Fitzroy)
